As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll lead expansion of our software in the Professional Services Automation (PSA) market. Fortes Milestones specializes in time tracking, invoicing, project planning, contract management, and integrations with accounting software and Power BI. With an established product, strong client base, a solid network and a clear buy-and build strategy, it’s time to scale. If you’re entrepreneurial and results-driven, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing
Your role will be dynamic, with responsibilities that demand both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, drive initiatives, and scale a proven product in new and exciting markets.
• Account-based selling: Build strong, strategic relationships with larger accounts in the professional service sector (accountancy, ICT, consultancy etc.), positioning our software as the go-to solution to optimize their business operation. Be the trusted partner who inspires clients to rethink their processes.
• New market segments: Establish a dominant presence in the ICT market, an exciting new focus for us, where opportunities abound.
• International growth: In close collaboration with our local Sales teams, unlock the potential in Denmark and Germany, taking initiative in these new markets to drive our international expansion.
• Partnerships and resellers: Collaborate with partners in consolidating markets like accountancy and ICT, building alliances that enhance our reach and impact.
• Cross-selling opportunities: Use your relationships to promote complementary solutions like Fortes Change Cloud and Fortes ProjectFlow, especially within larger accounts and buy-and-build platforms.
• Optimizing the sales funnel: Work closely with our marketing and consultancy teams to shorten the sales cycle and increase conversion rates, improving sales velocity.
What you bring
We’re seeking a driven professional with a proven ability to perform at a high level. While 5–10 years of sales experience is advantageous, your skills and drive are what truly counts. You’ve consistently excelled in account-based selling, ideally within PSA or industries like ICT, consulting, or accountancy.
