What We Offer

We offer you an independent position in a great team at an ambitious company. We consider personal development and keeping up with industry-related knowledge important. This ensures that you can expect variation in your work every year.

Of course, we offer you a competitive salary and good secondary employment conditions, including extensive study opportunities.

Why this role?

You'll help healthcare organizations plan, manage payroll, and organize their workforce more effectively. By doing so, you'll contribute to making healthcare both more efficient and more people-centered. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll quickly grow into a role where you independently manage customer projects. While customer support is part of your responsibilities, your primary focus will be on projects with functional and business impact.

Your work will be varied while following a clear structure. You'll switch between customer inquiries, project work, and team meetings, working in a hybrid setup: partly from the office in Katwijk, partly from home, and occasionally on-site with customers. You'll join a supportive team that combines expertise with a good sense of humor, where your ideas and contributions are genuinely valued.

What we offer
  • Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year, depending on your experience and working hours (32–40 hours per week).
  • Hybrid working: The balance between the office, home, and customer locations varies from week to week. Many colleagues work from the Katwijk office an average of two to three days per week, but we're happy to tailor this to what works best for you, your role, and the team. Prefer to work from the office more often? That's absolutely possible.
  • Benefits: 13th-month salary, fully employer-funded pension, and a company car.
  • Team environment: A supportive, collaborative team of experienced colleagues.
  • Growth opportunities: Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development within a dynamic, international, and growing SaaS company.
Our Hiring Process

We like to keep our hiring process simple, transparent, and personal:

  • An interview with the hiring manager (and possibly another team member).
  • A second interview with a different member of the team.
  • Optional: Meet other colleagues if you'd like to get to know the team better.
  • Receive an offer to join our team!
